Review of The Mindful Mermaid

When we first walked into the establishment, we were a little iffy on how the food would be judging by the hap-hazard decor.. But we were blown away with how knowledgable the staff was about their gf options, how they made an effort to prep in a dedicated area (even had a dedicated fryer!!).. And the food was amazing. I had a huge sandwich (the California club) on gf bread!! I didn't get sick, and my husband loved his food too. It was a win-win for both of us!
