Was so excited to try this place, but ended up with bad reactions.
My daughter and I tried the cauliflower and Detroit style gluten “friendly” pizza.
If you have been in the debate if wheat starch is Gluten Free, for me, it is not. I would guess they use GF flour with wheat starch for their GF Detroit style pizza. It was delicious, but not worth the reactions that follow. Take caution.

I tried both the Detroit style and the cauliflower crust. Both were good but the Detroit was by far the most special and unique! The crust was a thick and spongy soft crust with the bottom golden brown (like in my days going to Pizza Hit as a kid!!) and the death by pepperoni was just decadent and wonderful! It comes in 4 slices and I was full after 1 slice! It’s an expensive meal but what a treat! I’m pretty sensitive but didn’t experience any symptoms of having been glutened thankfully. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful gluten-free pizza Detroit style. You will not find a better pizza anywhere. Homemade spoke to the chef they take every precaution they can but again it is a pizza joint. Great baked wings and The salads looked outstanding as well. They do have full liquor bar beer and wine outdoor and covered seating as well

Delicious Detroit style Gluten Free pizza. I talked to head chef, and he said he takes every precaution possible, as best he can, as this is a pizza establishment, flour is all around.
I am a celiac, and felt safe after speaking to him. Did not get sick and I would go again, just be sure to have them tell the cook you are ordering gluten free for medical reasons.
Also my non celiac daughter loved the gluten free pizza, said she would not know it was gluten free.
