The menu marks “GF” ... gluten FRIENDLY items. It’s a short menu so only about 6 GF options (initially). I asked the waitress if the loaded nacho fries (marked GF) were cooked in a dedicated fryer and she said no, they were cooked with breaded items. She then went through the menu and it turns out almost all the “GF” items were not, in fact, gluten free as they were cooked in the fryer. She said that’s why they use the phrase “gluten friendly” ...but doesn’t seem very friendly to me!

Ultimately there were only 2 things I could eat (a soup and a salad). They were okay but nothing special. The staff did take precautions in the shared kitchen to prevent cc after I asked.

You can eat here but won’t have many options. And their logic around the menu is in my opinion, not very useful and actually dangerous, especially to those celiacs who are newly diagnosed.
