Food was good and more than but service and atmosphere were off this evening and for the price that is unacceptable. Try the salad with duck confit. It is great. The spring rolls are gf. Chicken pot pie without a crust was good. Safe dining but we won't rush to go back. They offered a delicious raw lemon and cashew cheesecake that was stunning. Perfect level of sweetness.
Have eaten here several times now, each time without any issues. Tasty, fresh, wholesome food. Pricey, and don't expect to be seated until your whole party has arrived, but they definitely make me want to come back for the eating experience.
One note, though -- forgo their cocktails. Head down to Hard Water instead, and just go with a wine on their menu.
Let them know that you are celiac and they will take extra precautions.

Decent food but not extraordinary. There are many gluten- free choices noted right on the menu but they are overpriced for what they deliver.

Great gluten and dairy free options. Vegan options too!'ft

Really like the food and location. And I didn't get sick.

The food is very fresh and oh so tasty! I was hopeful they would be super careful since they do have "glutenous" sandwiches in their kitchen, and it appears they were! I'm very sensitive to cross-contamination & I was not ill at all and loved my food. The spring rolls are too delicious. Can't wait to go back!!

A GF favorite and added bonus for our vegetarian friends.

They label their menu which makes it easy to order, it's amazing and fresh, sometimes they have gf pizza crust available.
So expensive but so good! Organic, they know what is/isn't gluten free, and always super friendly. Great juices they make from scratch!
I took a chance on the Plant Cafe in that it only had two reviews, and I’m so glad I did. My initial plan was to go to Amy’s but that was located in a terminal that would have required going through security again. As it was, I had a long walk from my gate to this place. (It would be nice if the restaurants that cater to food allergies would be more centrally located in the airport. ) There were only a few GF options, but I was able to find something. I had the teriyaki bowl. It was very good and a generous portion. This will definitely be my go-to at SFO in the future.

I’m so glad I found this place after searching around SFO for safe food for so long. I had planned to go to Amy’s but didn’t realize it was behind security in another terminal so I was stuck with less than favorable options in Terminal 2. There are to GF options on the menu —teriyaki bowl and quinoa bowl—cooked to order. I had the teriyaki which tasted really fresh and healthy. Also there are fresh smoothies and juices. One star downgrade because if they offered GF buns there would be so much more selection.

Usually grab some to go items before heading on a flight. No issues. Although the staff seems like they could care less.
Not sure whether it’s celiac-level GF, but it has a number of GF options, including GF cookies on the top shelf of the bakery case.
Have the green curry w chicken every time I fly from terminal 2, and the protein smoothie. Not a ton of options in this terminal so this is my go to. There are blueberry muffins that look good but I have never tried them- they seem to change gloves w each customer. I am a sensitive celiac with no issues.
