Was happy to find this place. Enjoyed a full breakfast of eggs, GF waffles, bacon and a huge GF biscuit I took to go. We had to wait a long time for our food to come out, and I didn’t love the waffles when they finally came. Something about the texture and taste didn’t seem right to me but I like GF Bisquick Belgian waffles not anything grainy or earthy. The biscuit was thick but hard and dry, too yeasty tasting for me. I’d go back and try it again though if I’m the area. Anywhere trying to make and serve GF Belgian waffles is all right by me.

The location was in a quaint part of town, but you can tell it’s a popular place. They had AMAZING WAFFLES, which can be hard to find.

Can’t recommend. They were out if waffles, the scone was hard as a rock, and the mushroom gravy upset my stomach.

Wow!! I had no idea I'd find a place like this on my visit to Nashville. Split with friends: waffles, biscuit & vegan gravy, kimchi bowl. All GF and delicious! Coffee was good too. I'd love to go again if I'm ever back in the area.

Super tasty! We were in Nashville for the weekend and after doing some research and reading the reviews, we decided to have this cute place for breakfast! We shared a GF cinnamon roll (yum!), and I got the Keep It Simple (eggs, bacon, and homemade GF bread!). The bread was GREAT!! Highly recommend

This place was absolutely amazing! We were traveling to destin and made a pit stop in Nashville just for this place. Many know how hard it is to find gluten free biscuits and gravy but this place offered them and I can’t even explain how amazing they were! My husband who is not GF even enjoyed them. We also got a Gf cinnamon roll and it was the best I’ve had yet! So yummy and highly recommend this place!

My daughter got glutened here and threw up 10 times after having breakfast. Made her so sad because the menu was to die for. I felt so bad for her because she was on a trip there visiting colleges and I was 2,000 miles away and not able to help.

Nice local spot and nice menu. Kimchi bowl was tasty but sitting in a pool of oil. Disappointing to arrive at 11am on a Saturday and already be sold out of all GF biscuits and bread...seems like there has to be balance between creating demand and disappointing customers. Especially when you serve brunch until early afternoon and are not abnormally crowded (no wait, plenty of tables available).

No table service but it was a very nice atmosphere - you order at the register and they bring it to you. They had gluten-free biscuits and gravy the day i went) the menu online was totally different than in store) which was a treat but the biscuit was pretty hard. Would still probably get again bc finding GF biscuits and gravy is hard and hopefully it was just a bad batch. Still recommend!

A great little find. Lots of GF items, plus live music at Sunday brunch. Line can get long, and restaurant has no table service and doesn’t take reservations, but a very good experience overall.

We had such a great meal here. I had the breakfast sandwich on a GF biscuit. The biscuit was so delicious. Also took a chocolate peanut butter muffin to go, which was also fantastic. I Nima tested the sandwich, and it came back fine! We will be back.

Stopped off here on the way back home to St Louis. Cute, trendy restaurant. They were out of most food but was able to get an egg and bacon sandwich on their GF bread. It’s nice to find a safe place to eat not far off the highway!

Definitely gluten free, definitely not recommended unless you're accustomed to vegan and gluten free food. Matcha Tea Latte was low quality matcha, and the cappuccinos weren't sweet at all. after we paid we were told there wasn't anymore quiche so I had to choose something else, for the same price! I chose a banana espresso scone and ended up with an espresso muffin, which tasted terrible. quiche needed help with flavor, but ultimately wasn't bad. the wsgfles, on the other hand, were ice cold (as well as the syrup - but a bonus is the syrup *is* 100% maple, so it's gluten free), and the side of ham we were given was basic ham slices. not a fan

GF HEAVEN !! The entire menu is pretty much gluten free or vegan. Not many places can you find gf buttermilk biscuits and these were amazing. So many kinds of gf pastries, too hard to choose! Will definitely be back anytime I’m in Nashville!

Had an AMAZING breakfast at The Post East this morning. These gluten free pancakes had the same texture and loft as the gluten full version. Cinnamon roll filling with a vanilla topping and pecans... I'm so stuffed and I still have almost a third left! Almost every menu item is, or can be, made gluten free. I'll definitely be going back!

Great yummy GF food and perfect ambiance. I enjoyed the omelet with roasted red pepper, caramelized red onions, and garlicky kale, fresh fruit, and a zucchini muffin with chocolate chips. My husband had breakfast tacos with chorizo and fried potatoes. All GF. Located in East Nashville. You've got to go!

I'm GF and my husband is not. We came for breakfast and both of our orders were very tasty. That being said, a couple things FYI...go early, the GF things sold out quickly. It's on the expensive side for what you actually get. And it's a very "trendy" place. Lots of hipsters and a jazz/alternative type band band playing at 9am.
