The Protein Spot is such an amazing spot for anyone with a gluten allergy! They have gluten free crepes, waffles, donuts, and acai bowls! Their teas are out of this world, and every flavor is better than the next! As a caffeine addict, I didn’t think I could make it a day without coffee, but the amazing owner, JP, added vitamin B12 to my tea, and it gives me an all natural caffeine fix! My headaches are gone too! Their smoothies have 24g of protein and are a complete meal replacement. They have amazing flavors. The staff is so down to earth, personable, and very kind. I love going in just to hang out with them and catch up! This is my new, favorite, go-to spot!

This establishment sells donuts and crepes labeled gluten free. So I got the donuts and within 30 minutes I was very ill. After asking more about the ingredients I leaned that they use regular oats not certified gluten free oats. For those with a gluten intolerance or celiac disease, regular oats are not safe because they are cross contaminated with wheat/gluten. They don't seem to care that they are mis-labeling items as gluten free. Very dangerous for those with allergies!
