Went on Monday ordered the lobster nachos and told them I had an allergy. Was having stomach pains that night and the following day but I thought it could be anything I had in Newport. I reheated the leftovers the following day and bit into a pasta noodle that was mixed in with the nachos! I emailed management and still haven’t heard back. I won’t be going back.

Had a great experience- informed the server I was gluten intolerant, and got a lobster roll on a GF bun. Fries were not GF, but I was able to substitute for chips & salsa that were. Food was delicious!

Love it here. Gf pizza, gf pasta, buns and nachos (chips are factory fried so gf). No designated fryer but so many great choices we didn’t miss the fries. They are super careful. We have a whitefish allergy in our group too so they double checked the pasta didn’t gage any fish broth. So thoughtful and delicious!!! We had lobster pizza, lobster nachos, a burger, and lobster and shrimp pasta. So delicious. Food is creative and gorgeous in addition to tasty.

My lunch entree of lobster salad with salad greens and fresh fruit was great. I will dream of this lunch in the future and wish for it. My companions also enjoyed their lunch.

Yes the have a gf menu but not safe for someone who has celiac. Very disappointment with the lack of empathy from the Manager and their knowledge about how the food is prepared.

They had a very clearly marked allergen menu but beware of cocktails. If you don’t eat seafood the choices are more limited. I was reading through the drink menu and got a key lime martini. It didn’t list anything suspicious. I thought the rim was lined with coconut but after a couple sips I realized it was too mushy for coconut. I asked the waitress and she wasn’t sure because the menu didn’t list anything on the rim like the other martinis did. Come to find out it was graham crackers!! Glutinous graham crackers. She got me another one without but the damage was done. They still had the nerve to charge me $14 for it. The GF pasta dish was decent and that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars

The food was delicious! They have a separate gluten free menu. Wait staff is knowledgeable. They do not have a dedicated fryer. They did have several GF dessert options. We had the flourless chocolate cake. I’m gluten sensitive and dined with my sister who is celiac, and another sister who is gluten sensitive, and we all felt fine after eating here.

Excellent service! The waitress knew exactly what was GF, noted the fryer was not dedicated, and the vast menu was clearly marked.

Not impressed. Went for lunch and it’s over priced. My daughter got the burger and I’ll give the staff credit that they were clear that the fryer is shared so she got mashed potatoes. However, the burger made her sick and she is not a sensitive celiac.

Food was delicious!! We had GF lobster nachos which were to die for! I didn’t know what to expect of them but they exceeded all my expectations! For dinner we got GF lobster Mac and cheese and GF burger with lobster meat. Everything was great. Cannot have the fries so side options were mashed potatoes, sweet potato mashed, jasmine rice, or vegetable. They have a separate menu but can have any burger on a GF bun, they have GF pasta and GF pizza crust. We had a new waiter so he confirmed for us what was safe but overall felt very comfortable.

Separate GF menu. Kids had burgers. Couldn’t have fries, though. Side options were jasmine rice, mashed sweet potatoes or a third option that I can’t remember. Burgers were good. Felt safe.

Food was great! On the average side, but they just opened when we visited and they were just warming up for the day! Waitress was gluten sensitive and was able to provide detailed info for ordering with celiac. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese burger on a GF Udis Roll and a side of rice! The rice could have used some salt but that’s the only complaint! So open and inviting!

I got chicken alfredo and it was very good. However the waiter was all over the place and very forgetful which wasn’t very reassuring. I asked about gf food on the menu and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable. It was definitely an uneasy experience and I was pretty much just freaking out the whole time I was eating. I ended up stopping eating it and took it home just Incase it wasn’t gf. I didn’t feel sick at all so I ended up finishing it at home. It was very good but the service was not reassuring at all nor was it very good either. . Also very expensive

Seemed like they knew what they were doing but left there today and my daughter was puking shortly after. Possible they made the wrong pasta.
Extensive GF menu, educated on CC issues, lobster nachos amazing! One of the best, safest places to eat in Newport according to this Celiac food snob!
Yes
I had an excellent burger on a gluten free bun with mashed potatoes. I was disappointed they did not have a dedicated fryer for French fries. The flourless chocolate torte was delicious. Would definitely go back.
Awesome lobster nachos!! Great options for gluten free!! Loved the meal and atmosphere
Yes
One of my favorites! They have so many options. Their regular menu is a binder and at least 20 pages long. The GF offerings are marked along the way
Fantastic! An endless menu of gluten free options. Many appetizers, all burger and all pizzas plus dozens of other items (including desserts). Cross-contamination wasn’t a problem. Definitely a go-to place for celiacs to have lobster.
Yes
Fantastic food, above my expectations. My wife's gluten free and loved the shrimp and scallop scampi. Lots at tasty choices and conscientious awareness for food allergies. Recommended for folks who like good food, tasty treats and especially if you have food allergies and want food that actually tastes good and not like stale leftovers.
They don’t have a dedicated fryer, but they do cook the GF pasta in separate water. A nice family friendly restaurant, my daughter had the GF pizza with no issues.
Yes
Overall pretty knowledgeable about allergies in general. Food is good. they don't have a GF dedicated fryer, but have enough options to make the family happy.
Yes
They were super sweet and attentive about gluten. My bf ordered wings, and server mentioned to me I couldn't eat them because they were made in a shared frier. It was so sweet of her to tell me, considering I hadn't asked to share them (I was perfectly content with my Mai Tai as an appetizer glug glug glug)
So she brings me out some chips and salsa, which I didn't even ask for! I wasn't just impressed, I was literally touched.
Also celebrated my bday with a big old sundae. This is my favorite restaurant.
Warning - be prepared to wait. But it's worth it!!
Yes
Disappointing meal. The pasta wasn't cooked well and I felt like I was eating salt.
Great gluten free rolls for sandwiches, burgers and lobster rolls! GF chicken wings, pasta and pizza
