I think this is just temporary, but right now they do NOT have a dedicated frier or GF bread. Still lots of options though, even for us Celiac peeps.

Great food, dedicated fryer, and knowledgeable staff. Only thing that could have made it better would be some gf beer options.

I always get the smothered fries, which is amazingly tasty french fries with pork and cheese sauce. So, so good! And I've never gotten sick!

The waiter was very knowledgeable about GF. We got wings to start and he said all the sauce options were GF. Then when we ordered our entree, I got the nachos from the appetizer menu. He said it was GF and that he would tell the kitchen to be aware of cross contamination. Great service and seriously the nachos were so amazing!!!!

Ordered for takeout. I placed my order over the phone because online ordering didn’t have any place to check gluten free.
I had the smothered fries and they were DELICIOUS! I was almost worried they weren’t gluten free because the cheese sauce was so yummy. I’m pretty sensitive and I didn’t get sick!
Great little neighborhood spot

A dedicated frier is such a pleasant surprise. Loaded fries are my favorite here.

Had a great dinner here with my family. They fried our wings and fries in a dedicated fryer to prevent CC. Waitress literally went through the whole menu with me and was very patient. Great food and great experience!

My 20 year old son is celiac and we went here while traveling, based on reviews in the app. It was fantastic! The waitress was super helpful and knew exactly what was GF. They make all the fries in a dedicated fryer. We shared those, he had pulled pork and brisket along with some awesome sweet potato chips, made locally and delivered in a little bag. He loved it and felt totally fine.

GF items called out from menu. Dedicated fryer for both crispy wings and fries. Got wings and then half roasted chicken and side of fries. No issues. Has GF beer too but not my cup of tea as it has candy syrup as an ingredient.
They were knowledgeable about CC and they gave me a paper with a list of everything that could be made gluten free. Got burnt ends and duck confit. Food was great and I didn’t get sick.

Great food, lots of gf options. My wife did not get sick. They also serve Glutenberg gf beer which is always tasty.
Really good food, my biggest complaint is there is no physical gluten free menu and it's not labeled well on the menu. Will Definitely return.
I had visited once or twice before I was diagnosed with Celiac and was so excited to go back! Our waitress knew what Celiac was, knew what on the menu was gf, notes the dedicated fryer, and told me the owners daughter has severe food allergies so the kitchen is very careful about cross-contact. All of the meats, rubs, and sauces are gf as are the fries! I had the smoky loaded fries which were crispy potato wedges smothered in baked beans, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mmmmm!!! So good. I’ll definitely add The Shaved Duck to my safe list!

Real, good food. Plenty of gf options and they have a dedicated fryer.
I have celiac. I had the pulled chicken sandwich without the bread. Caramelized onion mashed potatoes. Cole slaw. Sweet and tangy bbq sauce. Smoke and Pepper bbq sauce. All was delicious! Plenty of gluten free drink options as well. I had a Basil Mint Seattle Cider. They have gluten free beer options as well.

Great knowledgeable staff and good options for celiac disease with additional dairy intolerance. The pulled chicken and burnt ends were amazing. If that wasn’t enough, they have dog-friendly tables outside. They were very nice to the dogs, providing them a bowl of ice water. Great overall experience. Update: It was so delicious, we came back 2 days later. Wife tried the GF fryer french fries, which were amazing.

Very knowledgeable staff. The first thing they pointed out was the dedicated fryer. And all their sauces are GF. The caramelized onion mashed potatoes are not to be missed!!! 😍

Like another commenter said, the menu is not marked, but our server explained what I could eat. The barbecue and ribs were fantastic!

I was pleasantly surprised! After speaking with the server, discovered I would be able to have fries!! They were spectacular! Food was very good!
No separate menu, menu is not even labeled or I would be giving 5 stars. Food and service were excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the menu is gluten free. Dedicated fryer! Yay!
