WOW! Insanely delicious and so safe. This is the first time I was nearly laughed at when asked about a separate fryer BECAUSE OF COURSE they use entirely different fryers and cooking surfaces for everything! The chef or owner (I can’t remember) has Celiac. My husband’s meal was the best hash he’s ever had (so rare that he as a non-GF person is equally happy with a meal that’s safe for me!) and I got insanely good eggs Benedict plus we shared some Belgian waffles. So so amazing!
