Let the staff know I needed GF / Celiac and they informed me what options were best/safest.

While they have an impressive number of GF options, the food just isn’t that tasty. It’s a fine option if you’re hungry and visiting Quechee. You’ll have the comfort of knowing they take allergies seriously.

I was so happy with the Skinny Pancake that we ate here twice on our trip! All crepes can be made gluten free and they have a dedicated fried for their home fries. All of my food came out first and cleary labeled as an allergy. It was great to enjoy a safe and delicious meal.

Breakfast or lunch doesn’t matter delicious affordable food. Just mention gluten free when ordering. Had poutine for the first time. The chicken gravy is gluten free.

Had lunch here after reading earlier reviews. Talked to the server who was very helpful- all filled pancakes can be made GF (buckwheat) but they are prepared and cooked in the same area as their regular pancakes (and the kitchen was tiny) so she said they couldn’t guarantee no CC. They have GF bread but no GF toaster. She recommended eggs which could be cooked in a clean pan for me and the home fries- the fryer is used for potato products only so safe. So ok for GF diets, but I wouldn’t recommend for Celiac, unless you want a very limited choice. Like I said the server was super helpful though, and she went straight into the kitchen after I placed my order to let the chef know so I felt safe with what I had.

Awesome place! And Jakes market has a great selection of GF items.
Buckwheat crepes are prepared on a clean surface. Counter staff knew what was safe and not (e.g. anything from the fryer not). Unfortunately my daughter found the crepe grilled cheese not to her taste - the texture is a bit stiff and dry. The dessert crepe was better as the filling moistened it. Felt very safe!

The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and the restaurants safety precautions. Good food!! We have eaten there a couple of times and my daughter has not been sick. Definitely recommend!
