The servers had great knowledge/ or asked the kitchen about ingredients! They cleaned down all the plates for me knowing it’s an allergen, I feel great! I even managed to have a maple milkshake too!

Completely out of home fries and cider and gluten free crepes, so couldn't eat, but didn't seem very celiac safe, as they seemingly don't have dedicated gf hot plates to cook on

I safely ate a buckwheat crepe with blueberries. The server was so over-confident saying “I guarantee we won’t cross contaminate”that I was suspicious. I chose something that seemed low risk for CC. It was fine, just super sweet and a little gooey, but I haven’t had buckwheat before.

My family all LOVED their gluten food.

I ordered the special crepe and it comes in a gf buckwheat crepe. It was good it was just way too thick. Service was good

This was my favorite Montpelier restaurant before I began eating GF. The GF offerings vary by location. This location has buckwheat crêpes. I am not a fan. It really negatively impacts my favorite dish (Sassquash) and the sweet crêpes. I have not found one I really like with the buckwheat batter. This location does not have chickpea batter, which I think is better. For me, it's no longer a treat to eat here. I only eat here if I have to. They do not have a dedicated gf griddle at this location either. If you ask, they will wipe it down.

Celiac friendly?

Gf crepes where really tasty. Would mention the mix would probably be better with savory crepes but it worked well for the sweet one I tried. Prices where decent, it has a good vibe and great coffee/ tea selection. Probably not celiac friendly although they did ask if it was a serious allergy.

Clear about what is GF. Nothing. They said everything would be cross contaminated. Do not eat here.

Two gfree options: vegan AND buckwheat. They could accomodate any crepe. They also cleaned their cook surface. Delicious

Amazing gf buckwheat crepes in both sweet and savory options. Amazing gf breakfast sandwiches too! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful.
