Celiac friendly?

Yes

Updated review: Celiac safe! A few dishes are naturally gluten free and a few can be made gluten free. Ask your sever, everyone is trained. Spring rolls and imperial rolls are safe. Food from the wok cannot be guaranteed gluten safe because of cross contamination. There’s a few seafood entrees that are made separately that are safe, like the seared ahi and the scallops. The cocktails are also better than most bars. Highly recommend!

Celiac safe options are limited. I very much appreciated our servers knowledge of cross contamination. Unfortunately, all but two of the entrees are cooked in the woks which she said were not safe for Celiacs. The appetizers that we had were delicious. Despite the limited options, I did feel safe eating here but was disappointed that some of the popular entrees like the shaking beef could not be prepared without cross contamination.

My daughter has celiac and they were fantastic! They have multiple employees with Celiac so they really understood our needs. They marked the menu with safe and modifiable dishes. The food was fabulous and the portion sizes were generous. We WILL be back!

They don’t have a GF menu but my waiter was very informed about the GF options, he cancel with a pen all the gluten risk choices in the menu and was very informed and very attentive to my order. Is an upscale place with very good taste and looking for the plates. High quality Vietnam foods

The menu was clearly marked with GF options, of which there were many. (We only had the take out) and the food was delicious.

Our server was incredibly knowledgeable of safe options here - she even marked up my menu to denote ‘safe,’ ‘unsafe,’ and ‘contamination possible’ items. Everything I had was DELICIOUS and did not produce any sickness!

Server was very vague about what was gluten free. We ended up leaving.

Amazingly attentive servers. Very knowledgeable about the menu even through they don't have a Gf menu. Checked with the kitchen to make sure the recipes hadn't been changed and they weren't missing anything.

Trained waitstaff and amazingly delicious food. I've eaten here several times with no problems
