Visiting from out of town, BEST pizza we’ve ever had in middle Tennessee! The flavors and combinations are so unique, and there’s a variety of options to choose from.

The pizza crust isn’t the pitiful Udi’s 10” crusts that most stores have (thank god). They also didn’t burn our pizzas, which also was great. They ask if your GF is an allergy or a preference. I couldn’t see how they put it in the ovens, but we haven’t had a reaction from this place. We love the ambiance also, not to mention there are GF ciders in the case if you’re looking to drink.

Coffee milks are oat, almond and breve (to save you time if you’re DF)

Went based on this app. Did not disappoint!! Girl that took my order was super sensitive to the allergy and our pizza actually came out super fast in a restaurant full of customers I assume to cook solo. Brick oven pizza so super quick regardless. It was amazing! My non-gluten free husband loved it as well! We are just traveling through and I may have to plan all my trips around this place. YUM!

Great experience! I haven't been able to have pizza since I moved here, and I'm so happy I found this place. Best gluten free crust I've ever had. Would be nice to see more gluten free adult beverage options though. :)

Their gluten free crust is so good! Best I have probably had! They were very diligent in accommodating for gluten free. Felt great and Gad no affects after!

Super cool place! Pizza was delicious. Had three options from my favorite GF craft beer brewed in Montreal (Glutenberg)! Definitely worth it to check it out!

Absolutely phenomenal. Took my little Celiac here for her 7th birthday. The pizza was amazing (the gf crust is as good, if not better than the original, which is also yummy!), everything was easily identifiable on the menu, and after speaking with one of the managers, her son has a very sensitive peanut allergy. She trains all her cooks on allergies and cross-contamination as though they were cooking for her own child. I felt very confident that CC wouldn’t be an issue. Very reasonable prices, and the birthday girl LOVED getting to have pizza with everyone else. The rest of the party finished their non-gf pizza and then helped finish her GF off too, bragging on how good it was!

The Thirsty Goat was amazing. The food and the ambiance were perfect. We were hesitant taking our kids to a beer garden, but as a family of celiacs it was worth a shot to see if the pizza was good. It was amazing. The outdoor seating was perfect and fun, and my kids were over the moon to have “real” pizza. We have not had any reactions so far and I’m not expecting any. They asked at time of order if it was allergy or preference and then explained their measures to prevent cross contamination. 100% recommend this place! They also have a selection of gluten free adult beverages!

I had their cauliflower crust (gf) pizza. They made me feel comfortable that they were taking precautions to keep my pizza from cc. The manager made sure it was handled properly.
