The owners’ 3 kids have severe food allergies and gluten intolerance. They are amazing with gluten free offerings! The pancakes are out of this world. One member of my family ordered the corned beef hash and the server checked and warned me not to try it - in case I planned to try a bite.

We went back in late February not long after they opened and our celiac daughter got very sick. The manager and team at the time were not knowledgeable and although the waiter was kind and noted that our daughter had celiac they did not know much about gluten. Her first salad came out with wheat containing croutons. We sent it back and explained. We should have left when we didn’t feel it would be a safe experience but we didn’t. She was sick within 20 minutes of leaving and spent two days feeling unwell. We called their original location to share feedback and they told us to go to the pleasant valley location bc they are incredibly safe. I do sincerely hope the teams have been better trained on gluten safety since they opened. We just don’t feel comfortable trying them again.

I felt very safe ordering here and got a gf waffle. It tasted like a regular waffle. I would definitely recommend trying this place.

An abundance of Gluten free options. Idea for restaurant was born out of owners having twins with a lot of food allergies.
Pancakes made of almond flour. Garbanzo beans and tapioca flour.
