Review of The WhistlePig Pavilion

Whiskey Pig Pavilion is a barbecue option at the Stowe Mountain Resort (also referred to as the Lodge at Spruce Peak). Both the manager and bartender were helpful on what is gluten free and input our order noting celiac. We had pulled pork, chicken wings, half chicken, and ribs throughout our stay. Sweet Baby Rays (gluten free) bbq sauce was used….with a side of chips. Pretty expensive and just mediocre bbq but being able to eat on site some nights or even late night after some drinks was nice! Gave it a 5 only for that reason.
