Review of Thirsty Owl

The Thirsty Owl has so many options for people with Celiacs Disease and gluten intolerance. I have Celiacs Disease. I went in for a wine tasting and was happy to know that I could get gluten free crackers on my meat and cheese board instead of regular crackers. They also made aware to me that most any menu item can be made gluten free. They have gluten free flatbread and gluten free linguine. Although their kitchen is not completely gluten free I did not get sick and they were very careful and aware of utensil and surface sharing which was reassuring. Waitstaff and chef were knowledgable about Celiacs. I would definitely recommend.
