As soon as you say you need gluten free options, they send a chef out to talk to you and discuss the GF dishes. We ate breakfast here twice, and my son (who has celiac disease) had the GF pancakes. They definitely tasted gluten free, heavy on the rice flour with a strange aftertaste … but with syrup, he didn’t seem to mind! The chef said that they prepare the GF food in a separate area. Overall a very good experience!
