Went there for breakfast today with my newly diagnosed sons (9 and 12). We alerted hostess about our needs when we arrived. They had a chef come out while we ordered and assured us of their careful guidelines. Both boys were very excited to have GF pancakes and eggs! Great experience!

The only option is online ordering. You order and put in an allergy note so the chef will come out and talk to you. It took a while though because the chef didn't come out to us until a few more people had put a note in. He brought my food out only 5-8 min later, so that helped. I got the kids chicken legs and wedge fries, as I was not hungry. There was other options you could get without BBQ sauce, but if you want sauce just ask someone because the pre packaged ones they give you are gluten free. Overall was just eh, like most food at universal.

I ordered the American breakfast with a cashier, asked for the gluten free option and he went to get a chef to consult. The chef asked for details and confirmed he’d prepare the American breakfast with GF pancakes! It came out in good time (freshly prepared!) with hot fresh pancakes that were delicious, the only omission was no croissant or alternative. They also timed my partners meal to come at the same time so a great experience.

Mobile ordered and made sure to add “allergen note” as an item to the order. Grabbed a table and the chef came out to chat with us about our GF needs. The chef then made and delivered our food (we ordered the great feast) with bbq sauce on the side. Great experience and the feast for four could’ve fed another two people. Butterbeer and frozen butterbeer (my favorite) are also gluten free and we loved them both.

We ate here once for breakfast and once at lunch (breakfast was much quicker). Chef came to the table at lunch and chatted with me at the counter at breakfast. Had the American breakfast and the feast at lunch. The feast was really great and my family just had the sauce on the side. Everything else was gf and could be shared.

They were out of the GF pancakes when we went, but they had the American breakfast and ensured that it was GF. The chef came out to talk to us while placing the order, and hand delivered the food to our table! Felt extremely safe, but food was a bit subpar. Butterbeer was excellent tho!

I can’t imagine trying to eat at a busier time. The park was packed. We had to do mobile order. One needs to add “allergy” like a menu item. The wait for a table moved at a reasonable pace. Once seated, a chef came and spoke to us. We got the 1/2 rotisserie chicken with roasted potatoes and chicken. It was good! And best of all, no one got sick.

Chef came out and gave a run down of options, they seemed to understand and have allergy procedures in place. The plant based options were a platter of sides and salad, or the vegan pot pie without the top crust. I got the platter, and it was good but I wouldn't say very filling.

The chef comes out and talks to me each time I’m here. They handle the food prep themselves for my order and are super friendly! I’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. Highly recommend checking it out, just tell the person when you go to the register that you have an allergy and they go get the chef.

There was a 40 minute wait time for this restaurant. I asked one of the employees at the line if I could speak with someone about the menu to see what items could be modified to gluten free. She said I could not speak with anyone until I went through the line and it was my time to be seated. I asked her in a different way to make sure I heard her correctly, and she stated I could not speak with anyone until I went through the 40 minute wait line. This was very disappointing because I wanted to eat at this restaurant. It seems unfair that I have to wait 40 minutes to find out if they have menu items I can eat safely. I went Confisco and asked the same question. They immediately sent me into to speak with someone. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would.

We ate a late breakfast at the 3 broomsticks. My daughter had the kids all american breakfast. This comes with eggs, sausage or bacon, breakfast potatoes and a pancake. They did not offer a gluten free pancake so we got extra sausage. We spoke to a chef when ordering. My daughter really enjoyed the food and we appreciated the attention to details. She has celiacs and had no issues after eating here.

What I loved about here was as soon as you say you have an allergy, they send out the allergy chef to speak with you. He then makes your plate abs brings it out to you.

We were sad that we didn’t get to try the GF pancakes! the chef said they didn’t have their regular Batter and he didn’t recommend the replacement which I so so appreciate!

But overall great service!

This place is a must stop every single time we come. It is a fantastic way to eat yummy, nutritious GF food. The chef is amazing. They prepare the allergy foods themselves and bring to the table. When you say “allergy” a manager or chef comes out and tells you the options, which there are a lot of. Then they go to the kitchen and make it in a separate area. When we went to pick it up there was a plate on top of my dish to protect it. Lots of options, food was fine but not great. But I’ll take a good enough safe meal any day when traveling.

As soon as you say you need gluten free options, they send a chef out to talk to you and discuss the GF dishes. We ate breakfast here twice, and my son (who has celiac disease) had the GF pancakes. They definitely tasted gluten free, heavy on the rice flour with a strange aftertaste … but with syrup, he didn’t seem to mind! The chef said that they prepare the GF food in a separate area. Overall a very good experience!

When we got to the ordering kiosk, we told them we cant have gluten. The cashier was very friendly and asked us to wait so she can bring the chef out. The chef came out pretty quickly and suggested GF options. Because it was for my daughter she decided to get rotisserie chicken legs + potatoe wedges from the kids menu. However, ribs (full size rack) was an option as well. Gf meal was very tasty (per my daughter) and it was a very pleasant experience.

Great food! Go to the ordering kiosk and tell them you have an allergy. They will call a chef over that will go through the menu, take your order/answer questions, prepare and bring you food with cover. The turkey legs and fries are gluten free as of this year and the chef assured me there is a fryer just for fries. The fries were some of the best I have had, the corn is amazing (ordered separating)

As soon as I asked about gf options they brought out the chef who talked me through the several options they have. The chef then prepares the meal to ensure no cross contamination. You first order at the counter and then head to a different line to pick up the food but as soon as I inquired about gluten-free options, the woman taking my order immediately went into the kitchen to have one of the cooks come out and speak with me. I ate there for 2 lunches had their rotisserie chicken meal both times. I was able to talk to the chef and they were very acomidating the cashier didn't quite get it but that's ok the chef did. The food is hot boxed and so it doesn't mix and cross contaminate as much as it could. They put your gf food on a separate tray and it is covered. The butterbeer is also gluten free but you would think that it's liquid gold based off of the price!

Cashier knew what I meant when I said celiac. She had a kind chef come and explain the menu and my options. I got the roasted chicken, corn, and potatoes. She did say that I could do the ribs, they just give you a packed of GF bbq sauce to use instead of the house sauce. She explained the meals are hot boxed, so they do not cross and they change gloves between boxes if needed, etc. They noted when placing my order about the allergy. They also put a cover on your plate to help keep it safe. The only thing I noticed was that my fiancé’s wedges were spilled over his plate and dangerously close to touching my food. Maybe they should use two trays instead. Besides that, I haven’t gotten sick so I think we are all good!

Go get a frozen butter beer while you are at it!

Had the turkey leg and roasted potatoes. Got lightly sick after, but in fairness it might be that I got on a ride too fast after I eat. But 80% it was a glutening. Makes no sense as the chef brought my food over, but maybe there was some cross contamination. Regardless, delicious and I would go back and have a more firm talk about cross contamination.

The woman who took my order knew immediately which items on the menu were gluten free and answered my million questions with confidence. She also notified the chef about my restrictions. I got the chicken and ribs, they gave me BBQ sauce on the side because theirs isn’t gf. Food was very good and i would go back if I ever return to the park! 🙂

Good experience - fun restaurant serving “British” style food. Asking to speak to chef seems a safer way to deal with Allergies at theme parks - I had the chicken platter with corn and roast potatoes (See photo) and the chef explained my choice and oversaw my meal delivery which was covered by a second plate to avoid cross contamination. Did not get glutened. They also do a GF version of their ribs apparently. Sit outside on the Balcony overlooking Hogwarts for a less crowded experience.
