The only option is online ordering. You order and put in an allergy note so the chef will come out and talk to you. It took a while though because the chef didn't come out to us until a few more people had put a note in. He brought my food out only 5-8 min later, so that helped. I got the kids chicken legs and wedge fries, as I was not hungry. There was other options you could get without BBQ sauce, but if you want sauce just ask someone because the pre packaged ones they give you are gluten free. Overall was just eh, like most food at universal.
