Throwback Brewery

We had the best experience at Throwback. They were knowledgeable about GF, specified that we had an allergy and my partner did not have a reaction after eating here. We can not wait to go back! I believe it’s a separate fryer for GF but may just want to clarify that when you go. The wings are a MUST!

Absolutely not celiac safe. They have a serious issue for any burger (vegetarian or meat). We contacted them a month ahead of time about a Mother’s Day reservation and two celiac diners in a party of five. One item (Chilaquiles) tested negative but the Chana Masala burger and Throwback burger tested strongly positive for gluten in a Nima sensor. The restaurant pretty much just shrugged. They gave one of us a free chia dessert and removed charges for the burgers etc. Strong feeling they have no idea what’s in their burgers (soy sauce?) or how to clean their grill station.

Great veggie burger and salad!

Great GF and DF meal at Throwback. Had a tasty hamburger on Udi's bun with aioli and lettuce and 2 sides...smoky sweet potato salad and slaw. Delicious! Wanted to try the local cider but they were out. Enjoyed my meal though.
