Review of Tia's Tex Mex

I went to Tia's on a Monday for BOGO fajitas and called ahead. The waitress/manager was very knowledgable because she was gluten free too! She said they make the tortilla chips in the morning in fresh oil before anything else goes in the fryer. The fajitas are gf if you ask for no marinade and corn tortilla shells! Delicious and I didn't get sick!
