Review of Tim's at Lake Anna Restaurant & Crabhouse

This is a “gluten aware” restaurant. They have a separate menu (ask at check-in). Our server was very mindful - made my Caesar Salad with dressing on the side as to not mix it in the Caesar bowl (new to gluten free life so I appreciate her forward thinking). Ordered broiled platter (shrimp & fish) with no seasoning. Came out separate from everything else which I appreciate. If you have a severe allergy, this may not be a 100% safe spot but I appreciate the mindfulness of the staff.
