Such good tacos! Their menu is clearly marked with gluten-free options and each taco is served separately and they were knowledgeable about celiac so I didn’t worry about cross-contamination. I had the Mr. Potato & the Spicy Pork Belly tacos on blue corn tortillas.

Staff was very understanding and could explain any cross contamination hazards. There are multiple GF options but staff explained they are all cooked on the same surface. Since it was early in the day, they felt it would be okay and went the extra mile of cleaning off an area of the grill to cook my food to try to avoid any chance or cross contamination. I did have to pass on the chips since they are cooked in the same oil as some breaded items but overall it was a good experience and I didn’t get sick.

It was a hot day so the unlimited refills on soda was greatly appreciated. Gluten free options were many and the Ultimate Carnitas Taco was fantastic.

The brussel sprout dish is gluten free and really yummy. The tacos are NOT because they are heated up on the same surface as flour.
