Allison was my waitress and was super knowledgeable on what was 100% safe and what could be or get cross contamination. I would recommend it to anyone who is Celiac.

UPDATE: I've been visiting this establishment regularly. I'm extremely sensitive. They DO have a dedicated gluten free area. They bake their own bread. They are VERY familiar with cross contact. Lunch they offer BLT and also have a dedicated gluten free fryer that only cooks Gluten Free Chicken and their GF French Fries. *The other review that someone wrote that says you can only get an egg here is not accurate- maybe they had a new server I don't know, but I can promise you this - I eat here often. I'm super sensitive. Ask for the manager if you'd like because you should anyway - but this place is SAFE + worth it

Easter Breakfast w the family this morning. They have a dedicated kitchen area/toaster/etc. Although they cant 100% guarantee cross contact it's probably one of the safest restaurants. One of the cooks/bakers has Celiac. This morning I ordered a veggie omelette that came w gf toast & home fries. My family can eat gluten, and they did - my husband ordered the same meal as me and they were careful to bring my meal out separately and I could tell my toast /home fries were different than his. I'm very sensitive and have had no reaction. I am very pleased and happy to have a breakfast/lunch restaurant that's safe so close to home.

I don’t know why this is saying that it’s reported to be safe it is not and I Reported that already the people there are really nice but it is not a dedicated facility it does have cross-contamination and there’s not of selection of foods which people can eat that have food allergies it’s limited. They can’t make any guarantees is what they say when you drive 45 minutes to eat there because their website and all the advertising says that they are dedicated facility which they are not. After driving 45 minutes to get there and then also waiting another 45 minutes to sit down and took another probably 20 minutes to order and I ended up with just an egg omelette with less in it than I had at home. Be very careful and ask a lot of questions do they have a dedicated facility is there a possibility of cross-contamination what is the free stuff made out of exactly is the bacon and sausage made with wheat or gluten does the packaging say that it’s gluten-free are all of the utensils plates cups silverware pots and pans totally gluten-free or just washed in the dishwasher that people think means clean. If anything has been touched by wheat or the arsenic and other poisonings in the food that have created these food allergies than the food cannot be cooked in them or served on them or people get sick. This is what is called cross contamination so be careful the only one that can protect you is yourself and the way you protect yourself is with knowledge by doing research online reading books studying the scientific reports that explain the statistics and what’s going on as to why we’re having these allergies all of a sudden... pesticides are in everything even organic brown rice baby food put out by Gerber which has 384 bps I think the acronym is versus the 10 bps max the FDA lies saying is in our food. Plus you get contamination from a variety of different foods and all of them have an arsenic rating. If you eat 20 things that day that have a high pesticide rate, you may have a bad reaction that may not just be a gluten reaction or dairy reaction.... learn about why these food allergies are happening, don’t trust anybody because the governments isn’t protecting you, the restaurants aren’t protecting you, the food manufacturers aren’t protecting you, and the farmers aren’t protecting you. It’s up to you to do your own research so you can protect yourself. ~ Healing blessings, Krista

I love this place! I had the GF eggs Benedict California style with avocado and tomato. It was amazing! They are forthcoming about what is gf and what could be cross contaminated and to stay away from. They make their own bread and biscuits. I will be coming back!

Very good place for breakfast! The waffles are so fluffy and tasty, definitely worth the try. They have a dedicated fryer and prep station and the staff is very knowledgeable. Also look out for the gluten free special of the day!

I highly recommend Toast Four Corners. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Many gluten free options. Separate fryer. I had the chicken and waffle as recommended by another reviewer and it did not disappoint. First time I've had fried chicken or waffles in over 3 years. The chicken was crispy outside and tender inside. The waffle was light and fluffy. Both had great flavor. So good!

#Delish!! Had the GF Chicken and Waffles!!!! It was Sooooooo Good!!!! Wish I lived closer to try all they had! I definitely recommend!!!!
Their menu says that most things can be made gluten free. They have gf biscuits, bread, and it looked like pancakes and waffles. I ordered an omelet with toast. It said it was supposed to come with home fries but when she brought my meal out I was told that they couldn't guarantee they were gluten free so they didn't give them to me--glad they told me but wish I got to choose something else! Overall though it was a great gf breakfast place and I'll definitely be back!
