The food was yummy. My celiac son got a plain cheeseburger. I got the harvest salad with chicken. And for an appetizer we had the fried Brussels and the fried pickles. The server told us there is a dedicated fryer.

We have ordered from here multiple times because their gluten free food is great. We recently got a Nima sensor to check for gluten. My son has celiac disease so we tested his gluten free chicken tenders and gluten was detected. I'm not confident they are preventing cross contamination since the chicken tenders were not gluten free as advertised.

Many items are gluten free or have the option. Everything I have tried is amazing-especially the Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich and the sweet potato tots!! I've eaten here and never had a reaction. They have a separate fryer for gluten free items.

Delicious food, friendly staff. Chef came out to check on us! I have tried several things here but the gluten free fried chicken was the top choice! Plus all day brunch menu on Saturday!

If you’re in Richmond, I HIGHLY recommend stopping by Toast. They have a separate kitchen area, dedicated fryer and a knowledgeable staff. Almost everything on the menu can be converted to gluten-free, so if you’re in the mood for brunch - you can have it! I haven’t had fried pickles or fried chicken since my Celiac diagnosis in November 2019. It was amazing - the entire experience was everything you could hope for! We will be making the hour and a half drive monthly so that I can have this amazing food.

This is a weekly spot for us. They have the best gluten-free tenders in all of the Richmond metro area. They can also make their fish and chips and oyster gluten-free. Service is amazing. Highly recommend the spot for anyone who likes chicken tenders or fish and chips.

Toast is my go-to. They have great gluten-free practices and menu items, and all of their staff is super knowledgeable. On top of being safe, the food is delicious. They also do a great job with Covid-19 precautions. I’m so lucky to have Toast so close.

I wish I had experience of others but I got sick both times after eating here and have not returned. I appreciated the diverse GF menu options.

I was informed they had a separate area to prepare gluten-free items and also a separate fryer. I didn't have any reaction to the food there and I'm really pleased. The service was great and friendly and I felt that the server was knowledgeable about food allergies.

Our server was knowledgeable about Celiac and said they have a dedicated prep space where they prepare GF food. Not only that, they can also customize most of the items on the menu (which is very extensive) to be GF. I thought the food was great and can’t wait to go back!

I've been gf for 6 years and this was by far the best gf meal I have ever gotten at a restaurant. We were there for lunch, but I would love to go back for dinner because they have gf fried chicken on the menu. My son (also gf) and I shared two sandwiches - the Cuban Ruben and the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The fried chicken breast in the Nashville Chicken was freshly made and really crispy (ask for the sauce on the side because it's definitely spicy). The Cuban Ruben was our favorite, though. So much flavor and incredibly delicious. The sweet potato tots were really good too and come with a zesty dipping sauce. Great service and great food.
