If you’re in Richmond, I HIGHLY recommend stopping by Toast. They have a separate kitchen area, dedicated fryer and a knowledgeable staff. Almost everything on the menu can be converted to gluten-free, so if you’re in the mood for brunch - you can have it! I haven’t had fried pickles or fried chicken since my Celiac diagnosis in November 2019. It was amazing - the entire experience was everything you could hope for! We will be making the hour and a half drive monthly so that I can have this amazing food.
