Food was amazing. 4 or 5 GF beers and most desserts were GF. Best food we had in Edinburgh.

We came in on a Friday morning for breakfast as we had heard that they had delicious gluten free breakfasts. We looked their menu up online but when we came in, they said they only serve the French toast on the weekdays and only had Benedict & avocado toast. Kids like neither. Confused we asked what they had that was gluten free because they do not do gf pancakes. They led us to the pastry counter, which while lovely was not what we had planned for breakfast. Pure sugar. It was disappointing. Tastes great but didn’t need a sugar bomb.

So many GF treats! Most of the sweet loaves are GF, and they sell pastries from l'etoile! Can't tell if they are contamination free

The menu doesn’t indicate GF but when asked the staff were readily able to tell me which dishes I was and wasn’t able to have. We went for brunch and they had decent gluten free bread for toast with eggs benedict, as well as oat milk for coffees. Everything was super delicious and it’s a lovely place to sit in, or outside weather permitting!
