NO GF BREAD. Had 1 soup that was gf. No gf bread, said they’ve been out for a while even though it says gluten free options on the board. Would give 0 stars

When ordering, we were told that they were out of gluten free bread. I asked when they would have more because my 18 year old celiac was looking forward to a good grilled cheese and tomato soup. The guy in charge (their manager maybe, he didn't offer that title, but was aware of their delivery schedule) told me he was absolutely certain that their rye bread was gluten free.

I (too nicely, probably) let him know that wheat, barley, and rye all contain gluten and there is no way his rye bread is gluten free. Had we been new to celiac disease, we might have believed him. I will be emailing their corporate office to let them know more education is necessary. Tread caredully here. I now do not trust their gluten free grill...

I had a grilled cheese with cheddar cheese and gluten free bread and classic tomato soup. Dedicated gluten free grill and staff gave me an allergy menu when I asked! Just be aware as not all cheeses are gluten free.

They have a separate area where they prepare the gluten-free food; use separate butter and utensils, and change gloves. They explained the cheeses I should avoid (American, Gouda, and goat cheese). I felt heard and well taken care of.

Loved my grilled cheese sandwich, but just wish they had more GF side options or at least even carried GF brand chips, such as Lay's etc...with the great reviews I wasn't expecting that I literally could only have a sandwich :(

The service and food was great. We have a family of 5. We all ordered gf bread sandwiches. There was an option to add meat and veggies to the grilled cheese. Great idea. Sides are gf friendly as well including 3 different kinds of fresh salads or tomato soup. Thanks Tom & Chee.

P. S. The staff was very knowledgable down to the flavor of cheese. A dedicated griddle was utilized for the gf orders.

Great quick place for lunch! They have a separate prep and cook area for gluten free! (I've watched them like a creep over the bar area.). Although it's a heavy and somewhat greasy lunch, never had any gluten issues after eating here!

Gluten free bread was very good! I love the option to have a sandwich WITH bread, however, they do not have gluten free pasta so the options are limited. Also, the G.F. Bread has no extra charge. Not sure how good this place is for celiacs, but is great for those who have sensitivity.

These guys are awesome. Separate grill, utensils and everything. Great experience!

They are careful with gluten free options. I’ve been eating there for a while now and I have not had any cross contamination. All gluten free items are marked on the menu.

I have celiac & went for lunch today. They had a new employee make my sandwich which I was okay with as they too need to learn at some point. The manager watched and help when needed. This was my second visit and what I witnessed today confirmed my trust in them at the Kennesaw location. The employee went to reach for something outside of the designated GF area, the other employee noticed before he could touch anything and cross contaminated... he explained to him why and to immediately change his gloves. I really appreciated that & the explanation to the new employee of why! I will be back
