I have celiac & went for lunch today. They had a new employee make my sandwich which I was okay with as they too need to learn at some point. The manager watched and help when needed. This was my second visit and what I witnessed today confirmed my trust in them at the Kennesaw location. The employee went to reach for something outside of the designated GF area, the other employee noticed before he could touch anything and cross contaminated... he explained to him why and to immediately change his gloves. I really appreciated that & the explanation to the new employee of why! I will be back

They have gf bread and always ask if it’s an allergy so they can cook it on a separate grill. They also know which soups are gf. Kind of a long wait and expensive but worth it

One of my favorite places to eat in Kennesaw. They have gluten free bread, fries and soup. What more could you ask for?? Separate prep area also.

My friend and I had lunch there after having a discussion with the staff about our gluten free needs. We were both excited to try this place and the food was delicious. With that being said, we both ended up being glutened, severely. My migraine was the worst it has ever been and my friend’s rash and GI symptoms have been a nightmare. It’s such a shame that this happened to us and we lost a gluten free dining option.

Both my friend and I ordered GF and let them know to please use “allergy precautions” and that we both have celiac.
We both got glutened, severely. My DH rash is going crazy, as well as severe digestive upset. My friend’s migraines that are celiac related have flared up severely as well as her other symptoms.
So upset.

So many great options! Super tasty. They have a separate area for GF.
Amazing grilled cheese and tomato soup! I eat here all of the time and have never gotten sick. You should definitely give it a try.

We ate here during a quick trip to Atlanta. The gluten free chicken bacon ranch sandwich and tomato soup were amazing. The way they prepared the gluten free food separately made it easy to relax. Food was delicious!

This place was surprisingly amazing! I recently moved back to this area and wanted to try something new and chose to go here on a whim. I ordered a pepper jack and pepperoni grilled cheese on their gluten free bread. The staff made sure I wanted the sandwich made on a separate grill, which was amazing. The food was also fantastic, a little greasy, but still delicious and did not make me sick. Would definitely recommend this place! Haven’t been able to eat a sandwich out in a long time. Very impressed.
Excellent food! Great for Celiacs! Son had a great sandwich with gf bread and fries are safe! Separate prep area! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I'm visiting from out of town and stopped here for lunch, I was thrilled that they are very celiac friendly. Their tomato soup is gluten free and they offer a gluten free bread option. They make sure to ask if you want the sandwich prepared separately and on a different grill. They appear to be very careful with the food!
Yes
They are eager to accommodate, but placed bread beside my GF meal. be sure to ask that they not add bread to your plate.
Yes
Great place, have a separate area for the gf sandwiches and can actually watch them make it. Also gf dairy free tomato soup. Delicious and safe

Just went there for the first time. The gluten free bread was great and they mentioned they'd cook it on a separate grill for me. Very friendly, food tasted great. I'll be back!

I love this place! Whenever you order gluten free bread they have always asked "allergy or preference?"

We were visiting family in Kennesaw and are limited on options to eat out due to my son having celiac disease. We had a great experience here and they even brought us over 3 free desserts! The staff were knowledgeable when I asked them about which items were gluten free and knew to ask if it was an allergy with each order. The manager also stopped by our table to ask us how our food was and if we enjoyed the desserts!
Yes
My child was exposed to gluten here as a result of the cashier indicating that all chips were gluten free. My 3 kids grabbed chips and sat down while I filled drinks. When I got back to the table I saw that my 9 year old, with allergies, was eating Rold Gold (wheat) pretzels. I told the cashier and she didn't even apologize. This is our first dining experience since she was diagnosed 2 weeks ago and it was not a good experience.
The staff here are very polite and surprisingly well-informed for how young they all seem. They are the ones who taught me to just say "gluten allergy" instead of trying to explain celiac disease, because if the word allergy is mentioned the facility is legally obligated to handle your food differently than if you say "intolerance".
They have a separate grill and are very careful to keep mixed orders separated. This winter I wanted soup-and-grilled-cheese so bad I thought I would cry, but I am so glad to have found Tom + Chee!

Delicious!! The staff was very knowledgeable about my allergies and assured me my food was cooked separately. Definitely will go back!
Great staff who care about your allergens. I had a delicious gluten and dairy free grilled cheese sandwich. It was very impressive.

Delicious!
Very accommodating! Love that they also have vegan cheese! I'm allergic to dairy and gluten. They were also very cautious about cross-contaminating.

Lots of gluten free and vegan menu options. They always ask if it is an allergy order, which they prepare on a separate grill. Great food!

They are careful with gluten free options. I’ve been eating there for a while now and I have not had any cross contamination. All gluten free items are marked on the menu.

NO GF BREAD. Had 1 soup that was gf. No gf bread, said they’ve been out for a while even though it says gluten free options on the board. Would give 0 stars

When ordering, we were told that they were out of gluten free bread. I asked when they would have more because my 18 year old celiac was looking forward to a good grilled cheese and tomato soup. The guy in charge (their manager maybe, he didn't offer that title, but was aware of their delivery schedule) told me he was absolutely certain that their rye bread was gluten free.
I (too nicely, probably) let him know that wheat, barley, and rye all contain gluten and there is no way his rye bread is gluten free. Had we been new to celiac disease, we might have believed him. I will be emailing their corporate office to let them know more education is necessary. Tread caredully here. I now do not trust their gluten free grill...

Ordered and the kitchen help came out to let us know part of the order contained gluten. Substituted and no issues. Delicious!
