We ate here last night and our server was very knowledgeable about gluten cross contamination. I had a steak and mashed potatoes and did not get sick. We would eat here again. :-)

They have a gluten sensitive area on the menu. Not a huge selection, but enough. I had the baby back ribs with cole slaw and potatoes. I was informed they were GF. Delicious!! Did not get sick!

We ate here twice during our week in Maui. Staff were knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. I got the baby back ribs both times and did not get sick. Very good. Highly recommend.

Some waiters are very friendly and informative and others aren't! I ate here one night and was completely fine and two nights later was poisoned and had a tough next few days.

Chef driven!! Made scratch meals using the menu as inspiration. I had a dish with grilled chicken with a fabulous SAUCE, cauliflower mashed potatoes and broccoli. Hubby had shrimp and scallops with almond rice and spinach. Fantastic.
Fewer gluten free dishes than listed online. Basically had the choice between fish and beef. I was not very confident they knew what they were doing but I didn't get sick.
Ate here Oct 2014 with my family including 9-yr-old with Celiac. She had the filet. Waitress was very knowledgeable of Celiac, gluten, cc, etc. in fact when she brought the filet, it had something on it that concerned her (not sure what it was). She brought it back to the kitchen & they cooked a new filet & didn't charge us (it was a $60 steak).
A little disappointed...the menu had a gluten sensitive symbol next to the Baby back ribs with fries and slaw but the fries aren't made in a dedicated fryer and the slaw had to be modified because it had won tons on it. The ribs and slaw were ok and the server was very nice.

Great Ribs
While the menu is limited, the choices they provide are excellent! They even offer baby back ribs, which is something sufferers of Celiac do not get to have very often. (By the way, they were excellent!) This was by far the most accommodating and best spot that we've tried, and frequented it six times while we were there. Simply put, they became our food source while we were off seeing the sites. We also brought our wedding party with us on multiple occasions and everyone loved their food.
They would get five stars except that their servers don't always know about cross contamination with the fryers. I would also like to see some more organic offerings.
Notes: Stay away from the fries! We had a few servers that weren't as knowledgeable, and they tried offering fries as a side. When we reconfirmed, we learned that they were not gluten-free. Also, if they try to offer you fried plantains instead of the bread, note that they might be in a shared fryer.

Not many choices, the ribs were good, but there was no fish without gluten in sauces , etc.
They have a decent amount of gluten free options with the salads being the most affordable. I got the chicken and mango salad and honestly it is the best salad I’ve ever had and I’m not a salad person. I also got a side of the Yukon mash potatoes and it was delicious. The waitress seemed to take my allergy very seriously and so far I have not had a reaction, will update if I do but as of right now I feel safe here and would come back!

After asking the hostess about gluten-free options, she said they have a shared fryer. Taking something that is gluten-free and contaminating it with gluten is unacceptable. As someone with Celiacs disease, a shared fryer is not an option. We left.

Sick immediately after eating while still in the restaurant. Was assured several times my meal was gluten free. There was no other food it could have been, as I had only eaten fruits and vegetables prior to eating here.
