(For those with Celiac disease versus a Gluten intolerance)

The menu lists many items as “gluten free” but the only true gluten free items are their salads. Almost all of the other items are fried in the same oil as the gluten foods.

However, their gluten free options were really good. The chicken was excellent, and the service were very understanding and double checked to make sure my food was gluten free.

Really annoyed me that it made it look like the menu could accommodate GF and then find out it’s things like lettuce wraps. That’s a cop out. Nothing on the children’s menu could be made gf (at a lower cost). $15-18 for adults tacos on lettuce….we stayed because my daughter was hungry but I was disappointed….:never again.

2nd visit here. We love it. Many items can be done gluten free. Tacos come in a lettuce wrap. My husband is our celiac and he had the jerk chicken tacos and love them.

Food and service was good. Atmosphere was great. The menu has 9 different gluten free options, which include tacos, salads and bowls. Tacos are made lettuce wrapped because they normally are a deep fried corn tortilla. Overall great experience.

Gluten-free and gluten-free by request items are clearly marked on their menu. Staff were friendly and there was live music outside. My wife has Celiac and ordered their Mahi Mahi Bowl and she really liked it. You have to order and start a tab like you are at a bar which was kind of strange but good experience otherwise.

They have a decent amount of gluten free options with the salads being the most affordable. I got the chicken and mango salad and honestly it is the best salad I’ve ever had and I’m not a salad person. I also got a side of the Yukon mash potatoes and it was delicious. The waitress seemed to take my allergy very seriously and so far I have not had a reaction, will update if I do but as of right now I feel safe here and would come back!

One of our favorite meals! Food is delicious & perfectly made! Staff is friendly & can easily accommodate. I can not have dairy or gluten & had no problems! 10 stars!! Wish we found this place sooner!!

After asking the hostess about gluten-free options, she said they have a shared fryer. Taking something that is gluten-free and contaminating it with gluten is unacceptable. As someone with Celiacs disease, a shared fryer is not an option. We left.
