Management was super helpful in answering all my questions about the pizza. I didn’t inquire about gluten free pasta a since I wanted pizza. Management made sure everyone washed hands and changed gloves for me along with using foil for my pizza and a separate oven as needed. She said they’ll also do their best to decrease cross contamination with the toppings. Management did say not many with celiac come to the restaurant so they’re still learning but they were able to answer all my questions, and accommodate me. I would go there again for gluten free pizza if I lived in the area.
