I used to eat here no problem, but the last two times I have gotten sick. It seems to be more than just cross contamination. They may have changed the corn tortilla recipe as that is the food I’ve linked to my getting sick.

All of the food was gluten free and non-GMO. Unfortunately, the meat had more fat than there was meat, which made our tacos very unenjoyable.

Tacos come, by default, in corn tortillas. Made fresh daily on site, away from flour preparations. Cashier understood my gluten concerns and ensured gloves were changed before handling my order. Excellent tacos - but have only tried Pollo and Al Pastor. $1 tacos on Tuesday’s!
Their flour tortillas are made in a dedicated section in the back of the restaurant, keeping it separate from the rest. I am sure to ask the line to swap gloves for my meal, and have had some language barrier issues in the past, but as long as you are careful, in my experience, you can eat here safely.
