It probably used to be good and is now AWFUL. NOT A 3/5 or even OK... absolutely disgusting. The gluten free crust is flavorless and is like when gluten free just became a thing. You remember, my gluten free peeps. That sponges flavorless stuff that made you feel sad to have intolerances/celiac.
Side note: The tofu cheese is just tofu and it’s not even seasoned. Not even a little garlic or salt on the whole thing. Gross.
Avoid! The reviews that are new are FAKE. THE OLD MANAGEMENT WAS ALSO VERY TIDY AND THE PIZZA WAS GOOD.

Updated review for fellow celiacs....so happy Trademark open again! Just picked up GF chz pizza for my daughter & after telling them celiac not GF by choice they got ingredients that had not been touched yet, separate utensils to bake with. We used our NIMA sensor to test/prior to her eating & was safe! She didn't get sick & says its the best truly GF pizz around!

They have gluten free crust and they claim all their sauces and dressings are gluten free (even the blue cheese?). Since all of their sauces are in containers that they spread on the crust with a spoon, I had to ask if they were willing to open a fresh container of sauce for me. The crust was very good, but I'm not willing to go here again as the risk of cross contamination for a celiac is just too high.

The food is delicious, but definitely not gluten free. There's flour powder everywhere and workers handling pizza flour also put their hands in the pizza toppings containers. The service was excellent and the food was great for me, but my companion was sick for the next couple of days. In hind-sight, we should have recognized that the cross contamination is a real problem, but we saw this place on Find Me Gluten Free, so we decided to give it a try. 5/5 from me for food and service, 1/5 from dining companion on being gluten free.
Definitely not celiac friendly, but then, how many places on FMGF really are? C'mon, Pancake House is listed here? Really?

New Pizza restaurant with yummy GF crust option. Very cool concept. Think Subway or Chipotle but Pizza. They build the pizza right in front of you while you tell them what to put on it. Then they cook it at 800 degrees in about 3 minutes!
