Review of Trademark Pizza Company

The food is delicious, but definitely not gluten free. There's flour powder everywhere and workers handling pizza flour also put their hands in the pizza toppings containers. The service was excellent and the food was great for me, but my companion was sick for the next couple of days. In hind-sight, we should have recognized that the cross contamination is a real problem, but we saw this place on Find Me Gluten Free, so we decided to give it a try. 5/5 from me for food and service, 1/5 from dining companion on being gluten free.

Definitely not celiac friendly, but then, how many places on FMGF really are? C'mon, Pancake House is listed here? Really?
