Very limited GF options and many of those options contain oat flour which as a celiac, I react to. I am no longer shopping here because the number of times their products have made me ill is ridiculous.

trader joes is okay. they do have lots of gluten free options and sometimes they even have gf samples. you can get lots of packaged meals also, and they have a really good gluten free mac and cheese. the only thing that isn’t great is that a lot of their desserts/bread are processed in the same place as wheat items, which is ok for me sometimes but for people who have serious reactions, you would probably have to read the entire back of the package first. they occasionally would have things from certified gf brands like schär, but with their original items like cupcakes and bread, you’ll definitely want to read the back first. i’ve also noticed that at parties, people often get baked goods from trader joes, which, as i said, isn’t always 100% safe so i need to bring my own food. giving this three stars because it had its pros and cons.

I thought TJs was awesome until I realized tons of the items on their gf list are produced on the same equipment as wheat products. Had to give my soy milk away when I saw it was processed on the same equipment as wheat. They have some great options but I will always double check this part of the label from now on!
This is my favorite grocery store! There are so many options and the staff is well trained and helpful. They have lists available for any restrictions you might have (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, etc) and will give you a copy if you ask any staff member. Great prices on quality produce and products. I never shop anywhere else!

They offer gluten free breads, bagels, muffins, English muffins, donut holes, cupcakes, and madeleines. I’ve tried the bread, bagels, muffins, and donuts holes. All are delicious!
