They have GF toast, muffins, and a separate toaster set aside to avoid cross contamination. It's a pretty good buffet breakfast with hot food so overall there's lots of options, but the potatoes were not GF which was really disappointing - why take a naturally GF food and add gluten?? One of the chefs seemed confused when I asked about the frittata which made me a little worried. I asked if it was GF, and he said it had cream. he kept repeating it had cream until I asked him specifically if it had wheat, barley, or rye in the ingredients. So take that as you will, but I didn't have any issues after breakfast so it seems ok.

I will update this with a longer note but I wanted to ensure this was out there before someone else encountered this. They have lunch now and have a sandwich called the yardbird that says gf on the menu, we ordered it gf, they brought it to the table and said it was gf…and 2 hours later my celiac daughter was vomiting and stuck on the bathroom floor in colonial Williamsburg for 3 hours before she could muster the energy to get up and move at all. We are now 6 hours out from the onset of symptoms and she is finally able to eat peanut butter toast at 9:30 at night. We called the restaurant and asked how this occurred and they indicated the gf yardbird should have been grilled so that was their mistake. Poisoning my child is not a mistake, it should be a felony. Nothing in the menu indicated a separate preparation for this dish, it says gf on the menu and gave that description of a fried chicken sandwich. Well, maybe I don’t need a longer review after all. Incompetent is the nicest thing I can say.

They have a toaster for GF toasts only and will advise on GF options to be on the safe side. Husband has Celiac and had a good experience at breakfast time.

Gf notated on menu. Was told chef takes gf seriously. For breakfast, they had separate section and toaster for gf toast and amazing blueberry muffins!
