My daughter had a gluten free bun with her burger. She loved it. No dedicated fryer so cross contamination danger with French fries. Plenty of other side choices.

The server was knowledgeable about gluten free options. She recommended a bun made from an Asheville bakery. I ordered the Trailblazer burger with side salad. Looked like a biscuit but was really yummy. The server stated no dedicated fryer for fries and really appreciated she was informed. I felt like I had many options. Good was delicious.

Limited options but the staff is fairly knowledgeable about allergies. Pork was great, Bold Rock cider was yummy!

Ask for Pat if you come and tell him Kate sent you! He will take good care of you!
The waitress Heather was very informative. She explained to me that the buns are browned on the grill and that there isn't a particular section of the grill that would not have had any buns on it. She told me that the kitchen manager informed her of that after we had spoken about cross-contamination. She told me that the kitchen manager would clean a section of the grill and also use new utensils. I decided to go ahead and get a burger after being told of the extreme precautions that they would take. I was very appreciative of their efforts and had no issues afterwards. Just make sure if you go to ask them to clean a section of the grill. The manager also went above and beyond and got items from the freezer that weren't even taken out on the same day just to be extra safe. I would certainly eat here again and the burger was delicious!

Lots of great options and great flavors! We both had burgers and both were generous, well cooked and delicious. Go ahead and try the Trail Master burger with a gluten green bun - it was delicious!

Food was tasty. Only knock on the place is that the server said the fries were gf but they are not done in a dedicated fryer. So be thorough and double check things when ordering. Otherwise we all really liked it

Wish there was a dedicated fryer for fries, but the bun on the burger was delicious. The salad dressings are gf. The staff were courteous and helpful.
Had the 1/2 pound burger--very good. They don't have a dedicated fryer, but they are aware and will inform you. Very small upcharge for the GF bun-impressive.

The gluten free bun is made locally and the burger and bun was yummy!! I highly recommend

Trailhead burger, gluten free bun. NOT A DEDICATED FRYER. The fryer is “vegetarian dedicated” but not gluten-safe. The bun was soft, & up to the challenge of the juicy burger & it held together fine. Roll your dice & take your chances, but the Trailhead was celiac friendly to me!
Yes
Safe for Celiacs - staff was knowledgeable and I ate with no reaction. The do not have a dedicated fryer for fries but the waitress told me that before I could ask. Bacon is cooked in an oven so it’s safe. GF buns are *amazing*.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Many GF options. They do not have a dedicated fryer. Good place to eat a burger
They do not have a fryer dedicated to French fries. The menu clearly states the fryer is used only for vegetables, and the server confirmed they put breaded onion rings in it. The burger I got was very flavorful, I wouldn't recommend the gf bun as it just crumbles and falls apart. Not too many options here as they have a small menu to begin with.
No
Menu has a GF next to gluten free items. They also offer gluten free buns for burgers and a dedicated fryer.
