Food was as good as it normally is. Wish there were more choices.

Going to be honest and leave every detail here. Expensive for rolls that falls apart. Gluten free, per se… but not GOOD… rice was undercooked and the flavor was very bland unless it’s covered in a sauce- because they use soy paper instead of seaweed- which I have never witnessed a sushi house not have gluten free seaweed- fyi their seaweed isn’t gluten free but gave me the miso soup with my gf teriyaki chicken and it had seaweed in it- I asked the server if it was gluten free after all and she checked and came back saying it was not so I immediately stopped eating it- the chef/owner did it even think to check on us- nothing comped for glutening me- nothing- they seemed to be waiting for me to say something but I wasn’t in the mood to start complaining before I even got my rolls. The rolls left more to be desired, crab in the mountain roll was very fishy, the Trump roll had more rice and sauce than anything, it was hard to locate the fish. California roll tastes terrible with soy paper- it’s just not sushi without seaweed, I cannot understand why they don’t just buy regular seaweed for gluten free rolls instead of that garbage. I felt more full after than normal, but I was also glutened- sort of regretted eating it- second time I went- the first time was no better but this is an update from the first review- it’s worse than before because they clearly do no care about the cuisine being good if you are gluten free, but just having a gluten free isn’t enough when you know what good food tastes like. We will never go here again, and will never recommend it to anyone.

Lots of gluten free options, however, the gluten free rolls were more expensive and are not eligible for happy hour pricing. Didn’t feel sick after eating, but likely won’t be returning due to price compared to other gf sushi options.

I’ve been there twice now and have not gotten sick. They understand GF incredibly well. There is a separate GF menu with a decent selection. They prepare GF orders on a clean cutting board, change gloves, utensils, etc. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to accommodate requests.

My wife got sick after ordering sushi for celiac. Submitted a complaint and regional manager is going out to ensure food is handled celiac friendly. Long way to ensuring I can still eat at this great local place.

We had the gluten free AYCE option. They upcharge for the GF option but the GF choices were pretty good. Our favorite was the Mountain roll. We’ll be back.
