There is a dedicated GF menu. You can tell your sushi is probably GF because it will be wrapped in tofu paper- which is a pretty pink color. Be careful that the soy sauce they give you is labeled as GF and in a cup. Sometimes you’ll order a GF order and they’ll give you regular soy sauce. You can pay extra for them to follow celiac protocol. You can make some of the sushi GF but subbing tofu paper (like avocado rolls).

They have a gf menu. They have gf items on their ordering keypads as opposed to ordering a regular dish and modifying it to be gf. All staff is knowledgeable regarding gf protocol and cross contamination. I felt safe and confident.

They have a gf cider from the bar. I got the mountain, rainbow, California and trapper rolls. Also ate edamame. It was amazing!!! Didn’t get sick at all and I am super sensitive. Celiac and allergic to wheat.

I've eaten here twice now in the last few week's. Ordering to go. With no problems! They have a small gluten free menu and we always let them know we are ordering for celiac. They separate the boxes and even make sure to give us some gluten free soy sauce. It's amazing to be able too have sushi again!!!

I have celiac disease and I always have relaxing and safe dining experience at Trappers. The "sushi master" Cody in Parkland always changes his gloves and uses a separate cutting board, knife and sushi mat when preparing my food. His expertise and attention to detail have not gone unnoticed by myself or my family. Thank you.

Best gluten free teriyaki! The Trappers off pac ave just has soy sauce not gluten free teriyaki sauce.

Since flindmeglutenfree doesn't have the ACTUAL TRAPPER'S LOCATION IN PARKLAND, I'm making it clear this is for that location. Do not waste your time with the Trapper's Parkland location. They cross-contaminated our food because they packaged the gluten-free roll with a gluten roll, even though there were CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS to package everything separately. When I called to tell them my husband could not eat the roll because of this huge overlook by the chefs, I heard them laughing at him over the phone. So insensitive and the worst customer service ever. They are obviously IDIOTS about cross-contamination.

They have great sushi and are very careful with cross contamination. I eat there whenever I can and never get sick, I have celiac. There "teriyaki chicken" however is disgusting, never get it.

They have a gluten free menu and are very accommodating! I went here for my Birthday and was not disappointed! The manager himself made my food to make sure since I have celiac! Can't wait to go back!!! This was at the Sunrise location!!!

Very disappointed. They currently do not have a gluten free menu which makes it very difficult to know what is or isn't gluten free. When I paid at the end they said they just switched menus and had had a specific gf menu during the Summer and encouraged me to try them again. They should be removed from this app as they are not knowledgeable enough to be on here.

I went there and the host told me everything was gf or subsituted to make it. I questioned the white rice saying its deff not gf and then the waitress agreed. please dont say you are if you are not I ended up leaving. they have no clue and they dont have a designated gf menu as this app said. very poor expirience.

This place is delicious and very knowledgable on what they can substitute to make it all gluten free.

I don't care for sushi, but my son loves Trapper's and they are very knowledgable about gf.

Staff very accommodating and knowledgeable! Will offer substitutions and recommended rolls. Will definitely go back! Fish was delicious and fresh too!

My wife got sick after ordering sushi for celiac. Submitted a complaint and regional manager is going out to ensure food is handled celiac friendly. Long way to ensuring I can still eat at this great local place.

We had the gluten free AYCE option. They upcharge for the GF option but the GF choices were pretty good. Our favorite was the Mountain roll. We’ll be back.
