This Italian restaurant has an excellent gluten free rotini pasta that they import from Italy. The kitchen staff does their best to avoid cross contamination.
Ask for Zeke, he is my brother and is one of the chefs and he makes sure they know the dangers for celiacs. Definitely ask the servers what is Celiac safe and they will talk to the chefs to make sure you know what you can order.
While there isn't a GF menu it does say there are GF options upon request. Most of their sauces can be made gluten free. I had the Padellino Kampill, which is a delicious blend between the traditional red sauce and an alfredo, with scrumptious truffle oil.
While majority of the menu may not be Celiac safe, there definitely are options. This is a great place for date night if you're wanting an excellent quality Italian restaurant.
