Our waitress was very knowledgeable and scoffed when we confirmed that the GF pasta was in a separate water from the gluten past because she figured there was no point if there was CC. She went through the menu telling me what I could eat and what I couldn’t. Many of the sauces were GF and they just substituted the GF pasta. It was very safe (no reaction as a Celiac) and the food was great. The staff was super friendly with a great environment.
