I have eaten here twice in the past month, there is only one item indicated it is gluten free, a Flatbread Primavera (they also offer gluten free noodles but none of their sauces are listed as gluten free) Today when I ordered the Primavera they fried the Spinach on top of it in a shared fryer and I only found out after I took a bite. Just be careful eating here.

I’ve eaten here numerous times. Lots of good options. Items are marked and most waitstaff knowledgeable about what they can serve/modify. The food is tasty and I don’t feel like I’m missing out. They’ve even served the pasta dishes over risotto for me before since I’m not a big fan of gluten-free pasta. I’ve not gotten sick here from cross contamination.

I have been to this restaurant twice and enjoyed spaghetti bolognese with gluten free noodles and have had no issues. They have other gf options including a chocolate lava cake that is delicious. The staff is very helpful and willing to listen to your needs. It has been hard for me to find Italian food other than gf pizzas so this restaurant I highly recommend.

Update: September 2020 We were lucky enough to get Molly again. We had no idea she was still there. She was amazing! This time I ventured out of my comfort zone and took a bite of my husband’s GF Bolognese. Molly had stressed to the kitchen that they should put the meatballs separate because they do contain wheat as a binder. We didn’t ask her to do this. I got my normal Travinia Medallions. I actually ended up stealing my husband’s plate. It was so ridiculously good! If you come near Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, etc., you would be silly not to stop here! Molly offered creme brûlée but we were stuffed!
Molly was an amazing waitress. I literally would love to take her with me everywhere. The food was absolutely perfect. This is my new favorite place!!!

A lot of gluten free options-I had the Pasta Mia Nonna with sausage instead of chicken. Very tasty! However, our service experience was sub par to put it nicely.
The staff was knowledgeable of Celiac disease. Many gluten free choices on menu. Great ambiance. Has the pine nut encrusted salmon. Highly recommend. 22 minute drive from Columbia.

Been there several times and all but once have had excellent experience and yummy food. Seems fairly safe and knowledgeable. Just one bad server once.

Great gluten free menu options. Pine nut salmon was awesome! A must stop if traveling through this area. Waitress understood gluten free options. The only reason I did not rate a five is be cause they do not offer gluten free table bread.

Love this place!!! Celiac friendly 👍

My husband and I were traveling and chose this restaurant based on the excellent reviews. We often use the Find Me Gluten Free App when we travel. The service we received was incredible! I can say that there was a variety of gluten free options available. I had the chicken Marsala. I will say that this was the best gluten free meal I have had at any restaurant. We will definitely dine here in the future. The staff was very knowledgeable regarding gluten free options and also gave us suggestions. This restaurant is a must try!

Clearly marked gf menu items and overall a fantastic meal.

Fantastic! Great server. Educated in celiac disease. Chef will make almost anything gluten free using quinoa. (I really miss Italian - not anymore!!)

Tons of gluten-free options and staff is trained on cross-contamination!

So many gluten free options and the food was wonderful!
So many glutenfree options! Some of the best food I've ever eaten out. Got the antipasto platter and the veal piccata (with gluten free pasta). I ate every last bite, and the people I was dining with all enjoyed their food very much too.

DELICIOUS! They have so many options and the waitress was very educated on gluten. I had to stop and make sure that my meal was gluten free because it didn't taste like it! I had a pasta dish and a crème brûlée. My new favorite restaurant for special occasions.

My daughter is strictly Gluten Free so for her birthday we had a party for her in the wine room. This was an amazing treat for her. A party that she did not have to cook and able to enjoy so many great new things is a true treat. Our party had a wonderful time, could not eat all the amazing food and loved the attentive service. The wine list was extensive and the courses just kept coming. We did buy gluten free cupcakes from Cupcakes and the restaurant displayed them beautifully. A memorial night.

This place is amazing! An expansive gluten-free menu, wonderful service, great atmosphere, knowledgable wait staff, out-of-this-world food. Best GF discovery we've had in a long time. What a treat to eat Italian and not worry or be highly limited by lack of choices. We are so used to only having a few items to choose from at most restaurants that boast GF, it took us a while to decide what to finally order!

I've eaten here many times and the management and servers have been well informed and have an excellent GF menu. I had one awful experience thanks to a server who didn't appear to care at all, but other than that they're great.
So nice to know that all the staff understand what Gluten free really means. I can come here and feel assured that the staff is looking out for me. Great service, great food, and knowledgeable. Go, you'll feel right at home and comfortable.
The gluten free pasta is gluten free penne but definitely recommended. It’s not dry like some store bought pasta

After explaining I had celiac the manager suggested the best option was the chicken marsala. I got glutened pretty severely from it unfortunately. The staff was very kind and did their best, however there must be something in the sauce or pretty heavy cross contamination for how sick this meal made me.

Lots of gf variety. We went on a very busy night so I don’t think their quality was good as usual as the pasta was mushy, but thinking that was out of the ordinary. Will go back. I am a very very sensitive celiac and did not get sick!
