Ordered the Bianca GF pizza. Tested it with my Nima. It said Gluten Found. The manager was extremely nice and said he will talk to the chef and they will take every precaution and re-make it. Again. The pizza tested positive for gluten. He did take it off the bill. Very frustrating. He said the owner has celiac and they take precautions. Obviously, something is not right.

I first wrote a review 4 years ago… the manager has celiac we were told. Felt safe that time, just had the gf pizza. Since then we have been there 6-7 more times. Was told the vodka sauce for the gf pasta is gluten free. Ordered that plus the pizza every time for my teen “silent celiac”. I ALWAYS a restaurant each and every time because things can change. Well today I asked and the waiter and he came back to tell me the Vodka sauce is NOT gluten free!! So we order 2 gf pizzas, and the person who brought them out carried both in the same hand one on top of the other and the cheese and sauce from one stuck to the bottom of the wooden pizza peel. Celiac or not that was gross. I just was not happy this time at all with the service or attention of the staff after telling the waiter the seriousness of avoiding cross contamination. Eating out is risky for someone with celiac disease, BUT the owner has Celiac Disease?? I now highly doubt it.
My review from about 4 years agoWe were told the owner has celiac! The hostess, manager and waitress knew about celiac and the cross contamination worry... my daughter just had their gf pizza and she loved it! No issues. Many options for gf adults than just pizza. We will definitely be back!

Pizza was terrible, I got the GF crust. It was so hard and over cooked, I had to ask for a side of sauce to dip the pizza in.

They offer GF, and cauliflower crust pizzas.
We ordered GF margarita, GF sausage, and GF atomica. Atomica is the spiciest, most delish pizza I’ve ever had. So dang spicy, but also flavorful.
GF crust was delish. Waitress was friendly & accommodating. We are newly GF, attempting to rule out gluten sensitivity without medical guidance, and so I don’t think we had reactions but cannot be sure.
FYI the flourless chocolate cake was sooooooo worth the calories :-).
It’s was a $4 up charge per pizza for GF, but if you go on Sundays pizzas are $3 discounted—so the up-charge is hardly felt!

I ordered the margarita pizza. The waiter assured me it would be safe. He told me, as others have stated on here, that the owner has Celiac. He told me the dough is kept completely separate from all gluten containing pizza, and that it goes on a tray in the oven. It was delicious, and I know it was GF bc my husband ordered the same pizza, and his crust looked different, it was nice and puffy, mine was thin. Anyway, immediately after leaving the restaurant, I got sick. It must have been cc’d in someway. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I am a very sensitive celiac who has anxiety over eating anywhere that is not fully dedicated GF. I was quite hungry, craving pizza and this was only 5 min from Iplay America so after reading reviews decided to just go for it. This was a delicious gf crust! They have a cauliflower crust option too but we did not try that. My brother is a celiac as well and neither one of us got sick. I asked the waitress if the gf was made in a separate oven and she said she didn’t think so but didn’t really know but that the owner is celiac so the crust was definitely gf. That answer made me uneasy but all turned out okay. I am hoping the cooks are more knowledgeable. Many dishes can be made gf and they have gf pastas.

First time I had a choice of crusts - GF or cauliflower GF. Both are good. Several different pizza choices too. Great atmosphere and great service.

Delicious! Mozzarella appetizer is incredible - so fresh. Pizza was the best we’ve had in years - very crispy and thin. Service excellent and no one got sick.
Great option! Happy my dad found the place, the whole family enjoyed it, the service was great and so was the food

Found this on this site before traveling through N.J. Pizza was really good! Crust was flavorful, and sauce had just the right spice. Loved the pepperoni too! We were very impressed with it! Especially since traveling through the area you have to be careful. Make a stop there it was well worth it!!

Owner has celiacs. We are told everything GF made in GF pots and pans. Many options. Pasta is a corn rice blend. I always try everything before we give it to my daughter. I would have eaten it as my meal. Pretty good.
