I went here on a date and was very worried but called them prior to ask my questions as I have celiac. Majority of things can be made gf and they assured me the chef takes allergies very serious. I had the pollo santino and it was outstanding!!!! Didn’t get sick. Will definitely be coming back here again. Also good espresso martini.

Great meal at Tresca! I got the Capellini con Gamberoni but subbed for GF Penne Pasta. The dish was very good. I am unsure of the kitchen prep or other foods on the menu so I would not recommend for Celiac but the option to sub Penne for any pasta meal was a great option for GF.

I came here with a large group. The waitress didn’t seem to care about a gluten allergy and didn’t know which apps served had gluten. I had the salmon and they charged me extra to sub potatoes for couscous which the waitress volunteered to do. I did not know it would be extra. Seems pretty lame for two fingerling potatoes. Food was good but if I had celiacs I probably wouldn’t come here.

Head Chef Rich is extremely knowledgeable about gluten allergies and suggested many menu items and accommodations. They have gluten-free Pasta and even offered to make a special GF chicken parmigiana just for us! The chef came by our table many times to discuss ingredients and ensure we were happy. We’ve been back multiple times, and have never gotten sick from ingredients or cross-contamination.
