Ordered the cauliflower and yup my Nima sensor showed gluten. Ordered the salad, same thing. True Foods needs to do better.

I've eaten at this True Food at least once every month or two for the last 3+ years. I've never gotten sick and have always had a good experience – whether I'm eating in person or ordering online.
They always have multiple GF options and take cc seriously when I mention I have celiac. This is my go-to for GF burgers! The bun actually stays together (unless you re-heat it in the microwave lol).

I was glutened here during a very busy Sunday lunch rush. Have been safe at other locations, maybe don't go when it's packed because of high chance of cross contamination.

Eaten here 3 times and haven’t had any issues, although I always make sure I let the server know I have celiac disease and really impress on them the importance of being free from cross contamination. I can see how other reviewers may have had issues, though.

Had the lasagna Bolognese. It was delicious and I had no reactions afterwards.

The server acted like they were good about cross contamination, yet my salad definitely had cross contamination and I got sick from eating here.
I have eaten at other True Foods in different cities that were very good about it and I did not get sick. They definitely need to train their staff better about cross contamination.

They ensure that they speak to their kitchen staff and that they are trained on how to handle allergies.
The food was great and I didn’t have a reaction. The staff was super nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. I’ve been there a couple of times and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Ordered take out and was very clear in requesting gluten free. When it arrived, it was obvious one dish had not been altered to accommodate this. When I called the restaurant they confirmed that they had made a mistake and had not made it gluten free. They said they would refund the order and never did.
Amazing with gluten free, take celiac seriously and have a manager bring out gluten free food. Would eat here all the time!

I love coming here. They change the menu seasonally, they take precautions, and I’ve never been sick. The flourless chocolate cake is a must.

I’ve never had a bad experience at True Food. Consistently delicious and lots of options!

I have eaten here more than a dozen times because they are so careful and I have never had a reaction. They have gluten free pita, pizza. And can turn almost any meal into GF. I also only eat plant based so eating out is very stressful. This is my favorite place to go.
I ordered a GF pizza for my 5 year daughter (with celiac). They assured me it was a safe area. It tested positive for gluten on my Nima. They brought out a second one & same thing. Positive. Tested it twice. And the test aren’t cheap. Went home with a very hungry & sad kid & made a gf pizza at home. Tested it ( because I was worried I possibly had a bad batch of nima testers). The pizza at home was a smiley face on the nima (no gluten detected).

Told staff I had celiac disease and was promised they would be extra careful. Ordered the Pad Thai (marked GF) on menu. When food arrived, I began eating and noticed a ravioli mixed in with the food. At first, they claimed it was a mushroom, but quickly realized their mistake. The explanation I received was the ‘pasta station’ was next to where they prepare the Rice noodles. I asked how they would be addressing this in the future and they did not have an answer. Was offered a free meal, but have not gone back.

Staff was very knowledgeable & a manager personally ensures your meal is gluten free. I’ve eaten here 4-5 times and never been sick. And I’m the type who feels symptoms very acutely

Healthy food and the staff does a great job handling allergies. I’ve never had any reactions at this place. A good place for brunch for sure.
The only down side is it’s kind of pricey and portion sizes are small.

So many gf options (much more than is noted on the menu, tbh) and I've yet to have a server who wasn't super caring and on top of it. Plus, a manager usually walks the food out when I've told them I have celiac to answer any questions and ensure the food is safe.

Great gluten free food choices and the service is wonderful. Love this place. Eaten here several times.

Love true foods for gf options and drinks. Gf desserts are great and live the gf pita bread. This is my sons fav place for gf pizza.
Food was amazing!!! And they could even make it without garlic for me because I have trouble digesting it. Absolutely recommend! We also got a gf, vegan key lime pie and it was to die for.
Yes

Food we had was quite good. Non-gf pizza was great. GF bowl (Thai noodle) was fine but not exceptional. No contamination issues.
