Really good food with a healthier bend. Celiac daughter liked her GF pizza, rest of us really liked the brunch food. They seem to take “allergies” seriously and are careful. Nice area to walk around.

The food was amazing. The staff is very attentive and take food allergens seriously. The gluten free bread products we so wonderful. No weird textures. Definitely would make a stop at again.

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting True Food Kitchen. The hummus was amazing with the GF pita. All of our meals were so flavourful and perfectly prepared. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere is laid back and at the same time upbeat. I wish they had this restaurant in my home town! Definitely will visit again

So delicious! When you notify them of an allergy or celiac, they take it very seriously! The head chef makes and delivers your food.

Gluten free options safe for celiacs (but let the staff know about your celiac disease). The food could be tastier (specially the guacamole and the gluten free tortillas). Small portions for the price. The best was the excellent service and the comfortable atmosphere.

Very place to eat healthy. A lot of choice on their menu. Special attention by the manager that brings the GF meals to be sure that everything is fine.

Ordered the cauliflower and yup my Nima sensor showed gluten. Ordered the salad, same thing. True Foods needs to do better.
