Very nice place on the vegas strip. Had the Hawaiian rice dish with an extra side of potatoes. It was great comfort good after travel day and exploring vegas. Recommend, lots of gf options on the entree and mentioned celiac and they automatically said gluten allergy.

I was skeptical but the reviews convinced me to give it a try… So glad I did! We went here two days in a row and I ordered the same delicious (and safe!) dish both times- Korean Noodle Bowl with tofu. It was *so* good and I had absolutely no reaction. I am a very sensitive/reactive celiac, which I did make sure to stress to the servers. Service and ambience were excellent both visits.

Stumbled upon by accident and ended up being a foodie highlight of an otherwise typically difficult-to-eat trip to Las Vegas. Perfect example of how making fresh food with good ingredients means people like us GF’ers can be treated like ‘normal’ diners! Wow! So so good. So happy to find a restaurant here that really gets it and isn’t so over the top- decor is beautiful, food is beautiful, got the gf vegan double cheeseburger with kale salad on the side- did not disappoint! I have dined at True Food Kitchen in the Los Angeles area but this was my first time in Vegas. True Food always delivers healthy, good tasting options for me. As someone with Celiac it’s important I have confidence in where you eat. I’m always confident I can get a good, healthy meal here with no worries of getting sick. The Vegas location was good just like those in LA. And, as a bonus, it was just across the street from my hotel.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good overall experience. Was warned by the time we sat down to order because the fire alarm went off the entire time we were there. I ordered a side kale salad and mushroom pizza and advised the waiter it was an allergy. After eating, I was sick for the next 24 hours which leads me to believe the allergy was cross contaminated. Really wanted to enjoy this restaurant based upon previous reviews but do not feel safe going back here.

It was safe, and none of us got sick. But we were SO underwhelmed by the food. Honestly I’m shocked it had such great reviews. The food tasted like something we could have just made at home. We won’t be going back for more. I don’t think it’s the best gluten free food in Vegas.

The G/F charred cauliflower was so good as an appetizer! I then had the G/F lasagna bolognese….YUM! Our waiter, Chase, was excellent and very knowledgeable! He suggested I try the G/F cookies and ice cream. I was skeptical, but he was right. You can’t go wrong with warm chocolate chip cookies and vanilla bean ice cream! Great experience!

The food was absolutely AMAZING! The cocktails were unique and delicious - nothing was too sweet. Tons of options for complex, thoughtfully crafted meals that I’ve never had before. Fantastic GF accommodation. Pretty much everything can be made GF, or any other allergy request. I got a panang curry special and my partner got a korean noodle dish. We had here twice while in Vegas once for lunch and once for brunch. The hamburger and winter harvest salad were delicious! The next time I had quinoa pancakes-Amazing!! We ate here for brunch. I ordered the garden scramble and the green goddess smoothie. The garden scramble has Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. I hate brussels sprouts and don’t like sweet potatoes. These Brussels sprouts were tolerable and the sweet potatoes were good! I didn’t ask specifics about how they keep the food gluten free because of all the reviews here.

Overall the food was delicious and I didn’t get sick so would recommend lol

I felt so safe here and the food was so tasty that I went twice in one trip. First I had a veggie scramble for brunch then went back and got a brussel sprouts appetizer and Korean noodle bowl. The staff was very kind about gf, they noted it as an allergy for the kitchen, the menu is clearly marked, AND when they bring out your dish they say "gluten allergy" so you know they brought you the right thing.

Very sweet and well educated staff. Tons of gluten free options and the stuff that isn’t labeled gluten free can often be adjusted to be gluten free. The menu has many items listed as gluten free. When I questioned the server about one particular dish, he said that any meal can be made gluten-free. I took advantage of that and had the mushroom and chicken sausage pizza and two different desserts! No bad effects. What a wonderful experience!
