Gluten free BBQ. the owner has a friend who is celiac who has read all the ingredients they use in the spices and sauces and declared them safe. we ordered ribs and pulled pork with sauce, corn, and potatoes. I ate everything and had no reaction, except for being over full because it was too delicious. obviously the cobbler dessert wouldn't be safe. this is the best BBQ I've ever had, hands down.
