We've eaten here many times..both my daughter and I have celiac. Great experience Everytime. Menu is clearly labeled. Staff are knowledgeable. Definitely a go to place for us. They do get very busy especially on weekends so be prepared to wait.

Very knowledgeable about the gluten free diet, and the food was delicious. They use gluten free soy sauce, and the menu is clearly marked for the items that can be made gluten free. There is gluten free hot and sour soup, which I did not have since I was diagnosed with a celiac disease.

I loves them.

Most of menu is actually GF. Not like most chinese food places that say "yeah we do gf!" only to you serve bland, unseasoned ingredients. TS Ma's actually serves you gluten free meals. The food is jam-packed with flavor. Honeslty I wish they had a location local to me. I have to drive 5+hours just to get some decent chinese food.

Reading all the reviews, I had to try it. So glad I did! It did not disappoint! All were labeled gluten free and tasted great! Worth going a little out of the way!! I had sesame chicken, pork fried rice, & special noodles with chicken. Loaded up for leftovers.

I cannot rave about T.S. Ma enough!!!! The food was delicious. They were so careful and understanding about gluten allergy. The portions were enough for two meals each! We were on a road trip and stopped here. I just wish this restaurant was in my city!!!

We had sesame beef, prawns with honey walnuts (amazing!!), and for a family member with soy allergy, fish fillets in ginger and garlic sauce with baby bok choy. The ginger/garlic sauce is the only soy-free sauce, and I don't think it is on the menu, but they suggested it when I told them about the soy allergy. The ginger was in thin strips and fried and salty and YUM.

The employees were also super friendly! And they have a kids menu.

This place was amazing! I got the honey chicken and when it came I triple checked with the server that it was gf because it looked SO GOOD. I was assured that it was gluten free and when pressed, they said they use gluten free flour for coating and have a separate prep area and fryer. It was so awesome I wanted to cry. I’m pretty lucky to have really good Celiac-safe Chinese food near my hometown in Atlantic County, but I spend a lot of time up in Essex and Bergen Counties, so I am thrilled that I found T.S. Ma. I’ve had a lot of Chinese food in my lifetime (pre-Celiac diagnosis), and T.S. Ma is undoubtedly among the best I have had. The food is fresh and amazing, the menu clearly shows everything that can be made GF, takeout containers are marked with a special “Gluten Free” stickers. Sometimes the wait is more than an hour, but what do you expect from one of the best restaurants in the area. It is well worth the wait.

Amazing! I haven’t had Chinese food in about five years since it’s nearly impossible to find or the options are so limited. This wonderful restaurant offers delicious gf options as well as vegetarian. My mind was blown when I tried their tofu and broccoli dish, their sauce was impeccable and tasted exactly like the flavors I used to love so long ago. Lifelong customer!

Finally, safe and delicious GF Chinese food. Worth a drive from anywhere. Honey Chicken, Mei Fun noodles, Beef and broccoli. Just fantastic. Much lighter and fresher than most Chinese food. Wonderful place. My only complaint is that the online ordering is unclear on the GF items. Some are labeled and described well, some are not. Better to call.

They confirm gluten free orders over the phone and in person. They are also very helpful with questions.

Best gluten-free Chinese food I have ever had!!!! I feel entirely safe eating here and I have never gotten sick from eating their gluten-free food. This place is so good I could come every week. A good amount of gluten free options with big, family-style portions. The General Tso’s Chicken and the Shrimp Fried Rice are my favorites.

Fried, greasy Chinese food in an indistinguishable sauce. If you want Chinese, it’s your place. Just don’t expect the sauces to taste any different from one another.

So excited that a Chinese restaurant with a GF menu opened locally. It came highly recommended by a celiac friend. Took my daughter who is a celiac there for dinner. Asked questions were reassured everything was gf. She got glutened! Sick all night. Not celiac friendly. Also, my dish was good but very Americanized and a bit bland. we flew into New Jersey for a friend's child's bot mitzvah. As such we had one night on our own we wanted to go get some food. I used the app to find this restaurant. The restaurant was 25 minutes from our hotel but got good reviews. We decided to take a Gamble and drive to the restaurant. We made it one hour before close. It was one of the best decisions we've made. The food was fantastic! All of it was authentic East Coast Chinese food. High-quality excellent service gluten-free. I highly recommend it's worth the drive. Nice job

I love this place. They have a dedicated gluten free kitchen space, the food comes in clearly marked containers, and it has always been so satisfyingly delicious. Just make sure you specify if an item is to be prepared gluten free.

After reading the last review I was hesitant to eat at T.S. Ma. I went in and questioned the manager. He assured me they have a designated gf area. I also questioned him about the practices he appeared to have the right answers. He also told they have several steady celiac customers. I gave it a try. I am a very sensitive celiac I have eaten here 6 times now no reaction. The food was good
